Larry's property sits right on Lake Arrowhead a 5 minute walk, or 1 minute drive from Lucca’s Lakeside Cabin with direct water access, a dock, a bathroom, and more than 10 seating areas spread across a beautiful outdoor space. Private property — with plenty of room to spread out for a family day, a birthday, or a laid-back hangout.

Dock with direct lake access for swimming, tubing, boating, and fishing
2 large kayaks, 1 small kayak, canoe, and paddle boat
20×20 tent with 10+ seating areas and 3 folding tables on request

Fishing rod access — slip rental available on request

Larry's property can host events up to 75 guests — birthdays, graduations, and small weddings welcome. Outside caterers, DJs, and decorators are all fine. Events end at 10pm. A liability waiver is required. Book at least one month in advance.

Larry and his wife have been part of the Lake Arrowhead community for more than two decades. He knows where the fish are, what the lake looked like before you were born, and which island is worth getting off the boat for.
His wife leads hospitality — guests consistently leave the boat feeling like they made a friend. Both are CPR certified. Larry is fully insured and carries liability coverage for all passengers
